Holy Trinity
One health group, three very different front doors — a single site that keeps them all in one family.

Holy Trinity is a Ghanaian health group founded by Dr. Felix K. Anyah on a simple promise: our patients are royals. It runs three places that could not feel more different — a round-the-clock medical centre in Accra, a US-visa medicals service, and a riverside spa and health farm on the Volta. I took a design handoff and built the public site that holds all three together: fast, responsive, and coherent, without flattening what makes each place its own.
The problem
One organisation, three audiences who arrive in completely different states of mind: someone in an emergency at 2am, a visa applicant who needs a document done right the first time, and a guest booking a weekend of deep rest. A single generic site would serve none of them well; three disconnected sites would lose the group. The brief was to make one site feel like three purpose-built places that clearly belong to the same family.
The approach
The site carries three surfaces — The Clinic, US Medicals, and the Spa & Health Farm — each with its own hero, its own subnavigation, and its own voice, switched from a shared top nav without a full page reload. A persistent emergency bar and a single 'Book an appointment' flow ride above all three, so care is always one tap away no matter which surface you land on. Everything is responsive down to a phone, where the same content restacks into a clean single column.
Design system
The through-line is the group's 'we love, we care, we comfort' identity, expressed as one type system and a colour set that shifts per surface — embassy blue for the clinic, a deeper navy for US Medicals, and a warm spa green with a coral accent for the health farm. Shared components (nav, hero, stat rows, cards, footer) keep the surfaces recognisably one brand while each reads as its own destination.
Highlights
- Three surfaces — clinic, visa medicals, and spa — under one site and one nav
- In-page surface switching with per-surface subnavigation, no full reload
- Persistent 24/7 emergency bar and a single booking flow across every surface
- Per-surface colour and tone within one shared type and component system
- Fully responsive, restacking cleanly from desktop to phone
- Built from a Claude Design handoff, matched pixel-for-pixel
