GAPhealth is a telehealth product with a patient app and a provider app on iOS. Patients book verified providers and keep in touch by SMS, phone or video, and providers manage their availability and visits. This page describes the public product as shown in its store listings. It does not describe private clinical records, and it does not claim I built every feature.
The patient app
Patients book verified providers and communicate by SMS, phone or video. The app also holds a medical history and a journal, and supports family involvement in care.
The provider app
Providers set their availability, see upcoming and past visits, communicate with patients and keep visit notes.
