The website beside the *2727# USSD raffle: buy tickets online, check a ticket and see how the game works.

Chop Money is an electronic raffle in Ghana that people play by dialling *2727#. The website sits next to that USSD play and adds self-service: explaining how to play, showing prizes and past results, letting visitors buy tickets online, and letting anyone check a ticket without an account.
USSD plus a website
Players can dial *2727# or use the site. The site explains how to play, shows prizes and past results, and gives first-time visitors a clear place to start before they dial in.
Tickets and accounts
Tickets can be bought through a Hubtel offsite checkout, either as a guest or signed in. Anyone can check a ticket anonymously. Signed-in players get a dashboard, a profile and their ticket history.
How it is built
The site is Angular 21 with standalone components and signals, as a browser build without server-side rendering. Sign-in uses Firebase Auth with JWT sessions, and hero and prize content is managed in Sanity. A session-scoped cache holds user data and is cleared on login and logout.
