Coordinate home-care visits, assessments, and staff work in a private portal.
A separate Next.js application for the agency staff. Service providers check in and out of visits, managers work with assessments and schedules, and administrators manage users and operational reports. Firebase Authentication claims distinguish admin, manager, and service-provider roles.
Workflows by role
Server actions enforce active-account and role requirements for operations such as visit check-in and assessment changes. The code includes visit management, schedules, assessments, incident workflows, and report exports, with audit events for selected actions.
Connected to the public site
The portal includes administrative triage for public website submissions while keeping staff workflows on a separate domain. English and Spanish routing supports both language preferences. The source includes Firestore rules tests and audit-coverage checks.
